Petition dismissed seeking court orders for not arresting Hareem Shah

KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has dismissed petition seeking court’s orders for preventing government from arresting social media activist Hareen Shah on her return to Pakistan. 

Court remarked during hearing of case Hareem Shah if will so she can file petition to avoid arrest after her arrival in country. Justice KK Agha remarked SHC had already provided protection to Hareem Shah but petitioner Hareem Shah took undue advantage of court’s orders. 

Justice KK Agha further remarked this is woman who showed money and had claimed of money laundering. Stop playing game with court. SHC remarked FIA cannot be stopped from holding investigations.
