GWADAR: President Asif Ali Zardari called for bolstering capabilities of security agencies to improve law and order in Balochistan. Presiding over meeting here focused on province's security, he underscored need for appointing skilled police officers to effectively combat terrorism.

President was briefed on positive impact of recent actions by law enforcement agencies. Briefing highlighted ongoing provincial government efforts to ensure safety of Chinese nationals and other foreigners.

Asif Zardari commended provincial government and law enforcement agencies for their dedication and sacrifices in fight against terrorism.He emphasised necessity of enhancing prosecution system to ensure that terrorists are adequately punished.

Moreover, President Zardari advocated for increasing compensation for families of law enforcement personnel who have lost their lives in Balochistan, aligning it with compensation provided in other provinces.
