We will cleanse the police force of corrupt elements, and those police officers who operate unjustly and above the law will also be held accountable soon. The way I was treated—despite being a respectable citizen, a political worker, and a former member of the provincial assembly—has been captured on video and witnessed by the media. This raises the question: how are ordinary citizens treated? I am grateful to those who condemned the injustice done to me.
