Actors Ramsha Khan and Khushhal Khan recently addressed the pressing issue of delayed payments in the entertainment industry, shedding light on the financial instability that many actors and crew face.

In a candid interview, the pair discussed their personal experiences with this ongoing problem.

Khushhal expressed his frustration, calling it disrespectful when payments aren’t made on time. “We show up on time, so it’s only fair to expect our payments on time,” he said, highlighting the routine nature of these delays.

Both actors agreed that the practice of late payments had become so common that many in the industry were forced to compromise on their financial security and self-worth.

Ramsha emphasized the importance of financial accountability, saying, “I have to pay my bills,” and shared how she personally handles the situation.

“If my payments aren’t cleared, I don’t show up on set,” she added, reinforcing her stance on ensuring timely compensation.

The actors also discussed the lack of solidarity within the industry, with Ramsha pointing out, “If we take a stand, other actors tend to let it slide.”

Khushhal, however, expressed hope for change, calling for a united effort among actors to demand better practices and more professionalism in the industry.

Both stars urged for a shift in how business is conducted, hoping to inspire a more secure and respectful environment for everyone involved in the entertainment world.
