Sindh Gov takes notice on child’s murder in Clifton

Karachi: Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori taking notice of murder of an eight-year-old child in Clifton sought report from Additional IG Karachi. Governor directed that person responsible for murder should be arrested immediately. Meanwhile, Kamran Tessori on visiting Akhtar Colony Bazaar met shopkeepers and buyers to ascertain their issues.

Muhammad Rafiq Bata of Akhtar Colony Bazaar was also present. Shopkeepers and buyers expressed their opinion on situation in market. Governor said that he wanted to understand problems of people in a better way, as authority is not necessary but rather right intention is required to resolve problems, he added.  Governor said that he has best working relationship with Sindh Chief Minister. Tessori said he wanted to end hatred and unite everyone, for which doors of Governor House were open for public. 

According to police, an eight years old flood-victim, toy seller was ‘shot dead’ in firing outside a restaurant near Boat Basin. Muhammad Umar (8) selling toys was stopped from begging by security guard of pizza shop, when he did not stop, guard opened fire and escaped by throwing body behind private hospital. On other hand, mother of deceased child said that her son was not a beggar but he used to earn bread and butter for family by selling toys. Father of deceased boy who drives rickshaw said his son was killed and body was thrown in garbage. “We want justice in case,” he added.
