Naimal Khawar former actress who got famous for her roles in Anaa and Verna is also wife of super star Hamza Ali Abbasi. She is quite well-known for her social media presence and her art. Naimal Khawar just got into huge controversy after netizens trolled her for her alleged nose cosmetic surgery. Netizens were not too happy with Naimal's latest look and she was trending on all social media sites for days.

Many of Naimal's former colleagues came forward in her support. Now, in recent interview her former co-star Usman Mukhtar also opened up about controversy and lent support to Naimal. Usman Mukhtar said that though people are all talking about mental health online all time, they still will troll person on decision that they took for themselves and they are not harming anyone else. He said that decision to stay silent if you did not like something can be taken but people don't do that.
