Asif Zardari welcomes Raja Munawar, foresees PPP growth in Choa Saidan Shah

Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf senior leader Raja Munawar Ahmed joined Pakistan Peoples’ Party. In meeting held here, Raja Manoor Ahmed convened with PPP’s co-Chairman and former President Asif Ali Zardari, in presence of former Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani.

Ahmed expressed his unwavering faith in leadership of Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto and he publicly announced his affiliation with Party.

Asif Zardari emphasised that inclusion of Ahmed will fortify PPP’s presence and influence in Choa Saidan Shah. Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that only his party represents masses in its real context.

Asif Ali Zardari is busy in interaction with party leaders in Punjab and also trying to invite new political entrants into party fold and to strengthen number of candidates to pitch them in forthcoming general elections.

Asif Zardari is said to be man of reconciliation and has always been in practice to tame politicians to erase differences. He is in city to muster support of masses by directing party leaders of Punjab to spread party’s programme for grabbing maxium number of seats in NA and Punjab assembly.

Meanwhile, Bilawal Bhutto is also in Punjab.

Bilawal also talked about party’s recent request to co-Chairperson Asif Ali Zardari to raise their complaints regarding an “Uneven playing field” with all quarters concerned and requested him to pull through with responsibility he was given.
