Hearing of Al-Qadir Trust registration case adjourned for indefinite period

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has adjourned hearing of Al-Qadir Trust registration case against Chairman PTI Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi for indefinite period.

Single bench of IHC led by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb took up Al-Qadir Trust registration case against Chairman PTI and his wife for hearing.

Advocate Talib Hussain from petitioner and state counsel Hazrat Younus appeared in court. State counsel told court some documents are incomplete in registration under new laws. If we come to know that what things are incomplete then we will complete them.

Court directed state counsel to tell all things to them which are incomplete. Court adjourned hearing of case for indefinite period.
