Special court issues order on not approving physical remand of Chairman PTI

ISLAMABAD: Special court set up under Secret Act issued court’s order on not approving physical remand of Chairman PTI Imran Khan.

It has been said in court’s order two hearing of cipher case were held in special court. Life of Chairman PTI is important. It is not known that Chairman PTI may meet some accident after he is brought outside jail.

It has been further said in court’s order Chairman PTI physical remand cannot be approved keeping in view extraordinary situation. Therefore, exemption from attendance has been given.

It is pertinent to mention here Chairman PTI was allowed to talk to his sons on telephone by judge of special court day before.
